We are excited to share a pivotal moment in the ongoing progress of our new facility in Sweden. Our first of three Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) units has been successfully delivered and positioned in the production hall. This large HIP unit, with dimensions of 1.6 meters in diameter and 3.5 meters in height, represents a substantial advancement in our operational capabilities and a huge step closer to completion of the site.

The installation process was a remarkable feat, involving three loads of heavy transportation and heavy lifting. Each part, weighing over 100 tons, was expertly maneuvered and lowered through a temporary hole in the roof during the last week of May.

This new HIP unit is part of our larger SHIN project, aimed at significantly expanding our HIP offerings in Europe. By increasing our capacity and flexibility, we are better positioned to meet the growing demands of key industries such as Nuclear, Renewables, Big Science, Small Modular Reactors, and Aerospace.
